Are you interested in leveraging your skills and competencies to support Danish Red Cross’ international humanitarian work? We are offering an exciting role where you will play a key role in advancing our ability to use data and digital tools to strengthen our humanitarian engagement.
DRC’s International Department’s consist of approximately 300 staff that works to support National Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies in implementing humanitarian and development initiatives in some of the most challenging contexts with a presence in 18 countries across MENA, Africa, Asia, and Europe.
The Data & Digitalisation Officer is part of the Information Management (IM) Team in DRC’s Analysis & Accountability Unit and is based in DRC’s HQ in Copenhagen. The team is responsible for promoting data-informed decision-making and action in DRC’s humanitarian and engagement and provides strategic support to our country operations on data management and data analysis.
The Officer will be an integral part of the team supporting broadly the data and digitalization initiatives and support that the team is responsible for. In addition, the Officer will manage and further develop DRC’s new project information management system, Globus, which support our teams to better track progress, share information and conduct cross-cutting analyses on our international portfolio. The Officer will also lead new initiatives to digitalise key business processes in DRC’s international engagement.

We offer
A permanent contract with full-time employment of 37 hours. The position will be based in Copenhagen. The position is a part of the International Department’s Analysis & Accountability Unit. Anticipated travel in the position is expected up to 8 weeks annually.
Salary and employment conditions will comply with Danish Red Cross’s collective bargain agreement with HK and AC depending on your experience and qualifications.
